As the Head of Product Design at TaDa Delivery in AB InBev, I've had the privilege of leading transformative projects alongside a talented team.
Some of the pivotal collaborations involved:

• Rebranding the DTC delivery platform white label to one of the three global brands in AB InBev, TaDa Delivery de Bebidas.

• Expanding TaDa Delivery presence across more than ten markets in LATAM and one in Africa.

I spearheaded the development of a new user experience, ensuring high-quality outputs within tight deadlines. Working closely with my colleagues, I facilitated a productive and enlightening environment, fostering collaboration and learning. 

Inclusive and collaborative leadership has always been my cornerstone. I prioritize assertive communication and celebrate individual successes, which contributed significantly to our team's achievements. One notable project involved delivering end-to-end product design solutions for a global app tailored to over ten countries' unique cultural and legal requirements. These efforts required resilience, creativity, and meticulous attention to detail, qualities that define my approach to work.

One of my proudest accomplishments is scaling the TaDa Delivery app across eleven countries. Through streamlined processes and a collaborative environment, my team consistently delivered high-quality, aesthetically pleasing, and user-friendly designs. Despite organizational changes, I remained dedicated to motivating my team and ensuring exceptional results.

In all my endeavors, I've strived to empower my team, provide clear guidance, and foster an environment where innovative ideas flourish. Colleagues and leadership have recognized my dedication to excellence and ability to navigate challenges with poise. 

I'm very thankful and proud to have had the opportunity to collaborate on this challenge. I learned a lot about global startups, global companies, and global teams, so the experience became a milestone in my working life.
